Custom designed wine cellar

According to our customer’s wishes, we have designed and created a bespoke wine cellar in 304 stainless steel with double-glazed doors on a black aluminium frame with anti-condensation resistance and a polished BA stainless steel back with adjustable internal RGB lighting. The display shelves were created ad hoc based on the size of the bottles for display.

Refrigerated promotional pocket

We responded to our customer’s request to encourage impulse sales of fresh products prepared for their customers while they are waiting to be served at the assisted service counters. The counter is equipped with refrigerated promotional front pockets with low display case and ventilated refrigeration.

Raw fish preparation station

In keeping with local traditions in some areas, we received a request to customize the stations for the preparation of raw fish, oysters and herring. We adapted the size and materials of our products to meet the specific needs of each context.

Rondell

In our ongoing quest to best manage the display of our customer’s fresh, local products, we created the Rondell to smoothly guide the customer’s gaze from the refrigerated counter towards the day’s fresh products. We created both a ventilated model Rondell and a version with a frosted bottom, equipped with gastronorm trays on a turntable, swing-opening glass case, front bumper and Corian edge. Created using 304 stainless steel with laminate shell.
