More than 30 years ago, a vision took shape.

Mondel’s story began more than 30 years ago. At first, the business operated in the field of refrigerated counter repair and assistance, providing support in the correct functioning of these products. The ability to observe, identify and respond to technical issues, combined with great acuity in understanding food preservation’s strengths and limits, gave Mondel the ambition and knowledge to launch its own, highly distinctive production. So having gathered substantial experience, Mondel started to build refrigerated display cases.
Over the years the company has grown and evolved, creating refrigerated displays and showcases not only for the world of fish, but also for butchers and gastronomy. In 2020, Mondel became part of the Criocabin family and today is part of a group dedicated to the conception, design and creation of customized solutions that fulfil the most challenging requests, both functionally and aesthetically. The company’s development over the years has taken Mondel creations to over 70 countries worldwide.
At its new production site in Cervarese Santa Croce (PD), Mondel has grown by strengthening and perfecting its ability to conceive and produce refrigerated displays and showcases that make the most of environments such as fishmongers’ concept stores, butchers’/restaurants, and avant-garde delicatessens worldwide.
